1. Eligibility for Returns

Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Have original tags and packaging intact
  • Be in the same condition as received

Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing tags may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Accessories such as jewellery, hair accessories, sunglasses, and watches
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.


4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be provided.

7. Cancellation Policy
